Our butchery department is staffed by a team of highly experienced butchers and stocks a range of high quality home reared pork, lamb and Aberdeen Angus beef, along with game from our estate. We also have carefully selected Yorkshire chicken and Scottish venison.
Our butchers cure all our bacon and hams and make black pudding and a variety of sausages in house. Our range of ready to cook dishes includes spatchcock chickens, beef truffles, chicken daisies, beef olives, pies, chicken kievs, pheasant goujons, lamb pin-wheels, short ribs and woodland pork fillet parcels.
